RETURN & REFUND POLICY – MR. PHIN

This policy applies to all products purchased directly from Mr. Phin.
Please read carefully to ensure your rights are protected.

1. Return Conditions

Mr. Phin does not accept returns or exchanges for any products once delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or has a technical defect caused by Mr. Phin.

To receive support, customers must:

  • Contact Customer Service via our official channels within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide photos of the product, detailed information about the defect/damage, and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

2. Return & Exchange Process

After receiving the information, Mr. Phin will inspect and verify the issue.

If the product qualifies for a return or exchange, Mr. Phin will:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Refund the value of the defective item (via the original payment method or bank transfer).

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges:

  • Covered by Mr. Phin if the issue is caused by the product.

  • Covered by the customer in all other cases.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed when the product cannot be replaced or if the customer specifically requests a refund instead of an exchange.

  • The refund processing time will be communicated to the customer after Mr. Phin has confirmed the issue and received the returned product (if applicable).

4. Important Notes

  • This policy only applies to manufacturer defects or damages.

  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

    • The customer simply changes their mind or is unsatisfied (taste preference, color, style, etc.).

    • The product is damaged due to transportation (not caused by Mr. Phin).

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, otherwise this policy will not be applicable.
